Coaching Options

Coaching is offered as a space to slow things down and think clearly—whether you’re navigating early curiosity, working through a specific challenge, or trying to make intentional decisions within the wife-centric lifestyle.

This is not directive coaching and not performance-based consulting. The focus is on conversation, perspective, and understanding—not prescriptions or scripts.

Available Coaching Formats

Coaching is currently offered in two primary formats. Each serves a different need, but both are grounded in the same principles: respect, clarity, and intentional exploration.

Private One-on-One Coaching

These sessions are designed for individuals or couples who want focused, confidential space to talk through real situations and decisions. Conversations are guided but not rushed, allowing room for nuance, uncertainty, and honest reflection.

Common reasons people choose one-on-one coaching include:

  • Navigating communication challenges

  • Clarifying boundaries and desires

  • Processing experiences already underway

  • Thinking through next steps before taking action

Sessions are conversational, not diagnostic, and adapt to where you are—not where you think you “should” be.

Session Format and Pricing

Private one-on-one coaching is offered as focused, time-bound conversations designed to create clarity rather than dependency.

  • Single session (60 minutes): $250

  • Session package (3 sessions): $675

Conversations are scheduled intentionally and spaced to allow for reflection between conversations. There is no expectation of ongoing commitment beyond what feels useful to you.

The first step is a brief intake and introductory conversation to ensure this format is a good fit.

Structured Group Classes

Group classes focus on specific topics within the lifestyle and are designed to encourage learning through shared perspective rather than personal disclosure. These sessions offer structure, context, and guided discussion in a setting that feels contained and intentional.

Group formats are ideal for those who:

  • Want education without personal coaching

  • Prefer listening and reflection over direct participation

  • Are early in their exploration and seeking foundational clarity

Topics and schedules vary and are announced as they become available.

Structured Group Classes

Structured group classes are offered periodically and are designed around specific topics and shared starting points.

Group size, session length, and pricing are intentionally set based on the focus of each class to ensure meaningful conversation and balanced participation. Details—including format and cost—are shared when registration opens.

This approach allows each group to remain purposeful, contained, and aligned with the depth of conversation being offered.

Choosing the Right Option

There’s no “better” format—only what fits your current needs.

If you’re working through something personal or relational, one-on-one coaching is usually the best place to start. If you’re looking to learn, listen, or build context without focusing on your own situation, a group format may feel more comfortable.

If you’re unsure, that uncertainty itself is often a good starting point for a conversation.

Situations People Often Bring to Coaching

People arrive at coaching from many different places. Often not because something is broken, but because they’re trying to think more clearly about how they’re showing up—and what they want next.

For some, that looks like quietly sitting with questions they haven’t had space to talk through yet. How to introduce the lifestyle to a partner without pressure. How to navigate curiosity and desire without rushing past trust. How to reconcile the difference between how the lifestyle appears online and how it actually unfolds in real relationships.

Others come with questions about connection, pacing, and presence. About how attraction is built over time. About how confidence is communicated without performance. About how intention, consistency, and emotional awareness shape the way people are experienced by others.

Some people come as couples. Others come on their own. What they share is a desire to slow things down, reflect honestly, and engage with the lifestyle in a way that feels grounded rather than reactive.

Coaching isn’t about providing scripts or shortcuts. It’s about creating space to explore what’s already there—so decisions feel considered, aligned, and intentional.

What to Expect

All coaching sessions are guided by the same expectations:

  • Mutual respect and discretion

  • Honest communication

  • No pressure to perform, disclose, or “arrive” anywhere

Coaching is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health support. It is a space for thoughtful conversation, perspective-building, and intentional decision-making grounded in lived experience.

Availability, pricing, and scheduling details are shared directly once fit and format are established.

If this feels aligned, the next step is a conversation to explore fit and availability.
